Background
Exclusive Networks is a global cybersecurity specialist distributor with a presence across EMEA, APAC and The Americas. In 2024, Exclusive was acquired in a full takeover by private equity firms Permira and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) at a valuation of €2.2 billion. This marked a new chapter of aggressive global growth and leadership transformation.
With new ownership and an ambitious goal to double the business, Exclusive Networks faced a critical inflection point. The appointment of their first-ever Chief Revenue Officer was not just about finding a leader, it was about moving fast to set the tone for a new era.
