Background
Listed as “Silicon Valley’s Fastest Growing Start-Up” it was important to Rubrik that they had a recruitment partner they could trust to help facilitate their global growth at scale.
To support their Hyper Growth and net new logo client acquisition, Rubrik needed to create highly skilled Support centres around the Globe so they could offer a ‘follow the sun’ Support offering to their growing customer base.
To do this they needed to understand where this highly skilled talent was located in the volume needed to create their COE’s.

With Palo Alto being Rubrik’s HQ they also wanted a team close to other areas of the business. However, to create a follow the sun model they needed to cover various other timezones.
Using Iperium’s talent intelligence platform we identified 5 additional Global locations that had the talent density, and skillset needed to support Rubrik building the Centres of Excellence they needed at scale.
Other factors taken into account were which locations have technology Universities that Rubrik can collaborate with to help develop the next generation of local talent. Giving them access to the brightest up and coming minds close to each CoE.
We picked:
- Kansas City
- Research Triangle Park
- Amsterdam
- Bangalore
In each location we hired an exceptional Leader, and used their stature and expertise to help entice other great local talent!
AND also made an additional recommendation:
- Cork, Ireland
Our talent intelligence identified the DEEPEST talent pool. One that was full of exceptional multi-lingual talent and Tech University that was a great potential partner!
Having hired the Leadership team and subsequently building out the centre, it kept getting bigger and bigger!!

Due to the success of this programme, Iperium were also engaged to drive the build out of Rubrik’s GTM function hiring the Sales VP for DACH and other Sales and Pre-sales talent in numerous Global locations.
